This helmet is is a major departure from a normal pickelhaube. I have so much to learn I do not know where to begin. Suffice it to say that this is really really different. It is very light, and indeed it is my first shako
One point to notice is that a previous collector at some point nailed this helmet up. There is a nail hole in the rear visor.
